read this if you're planning to rush

Hello!

Please please do not take anything on this website as gospel. Most people post about sorority reputations are guys in frats who are not aware that women can actually like and support one another.

There are awesome girls in every sorority. Do not put stock in what other people say about sororitys on here, instead of making your mind up based on what's on the internet, ask people once you get to campus. Thats the only way to get the real tea. Try and meet girls from different organizations and ask them what they value about their own organization.

Since there is so much negativity on this website, here are some positive things about every Panhellenic sorority. This time in alphabetical order, not based on the bs tier system.

adpi: Adipi has so many talented girls in wake's music department. They have girls recording their own music, in choir and in a capella groups.

chi o: every single chi o I have met has been so sweet. My freshman roommate was a chi o and she was literally the best. They are a fun loving group of girls with a great sisterhood.

ddd: I haven't seen such strong friendships between upper and underclassmen. They really look out for each other. They are one of the most diverse sororitys on campus.

dz: DZ has a huge presence on campus. I have had at least one class with a dz every semester, and the girls are always speak their mind and contribute to the conversation even when faced with adversity.

kat: Theta's sisterhood is really strong. They are involved in all different types of organizations from women in STEM to zumba. They have a pretty big presence in stu and are also one of the more diverse sororitys.

kbg: Beta has a lot of student athletes. For some reason, no one talks about this. They have had girls on the lax team, cheer team, and dance team. They love to have fun and also study quite a bit, they often have one of the highest gpa's on campus.

kd: Kd has a huge presence in the arts community. They have girls in the theatre, dance, and music departments. It is a really artsy group.

kkg: KKG girls are so driven in their studies. They know when to have fun and also when to study. kkg contribute to class conversation and are very active in their communities.
