PNMs with bad attitudes
by: honestyIf you are an actual PNM who got cut from majority of houses it means you are most likely blacklisted. This also means that you have done something to wrong someone in these houses where they took it to a vote and they don't want you. That being said, DO NOT DROP RUSH. Drop the attitude about the houses you have left and give them a try. It is upsetting, but you can only make the best of the situation. The chances of you getting a COB from a house that cut you this early is extremely slim. Give houses a chance because within every house are amazing girls who are ready to be your sister and help you grow. Ty and happy rush

ADPi still recognizes their legacies & gives them preferential treatment. It would be a very big decision for ADPi to cut a legacy after Open House. So any of these things are possible:
1. They did not know you were a Legacy because your sister / mom / grandmother did not send in a Legacy introduction form. If this is true, you need to have them send one to the chapter as soon as rush is over with a note that you are very interested in COB opportunities.
2. You are actually not a Legacy. If your cousin, aunt, step mom, step sister, sister in law, etc is an ADPi, then you arr not considered a Legacy. In that case, they released you and you probably won’t have much luck with COB with them. Though still a chance - sometimes PNM’s get overlooked during rush who can still be a great addition through COB!
3. They definitely knew you were a Legacy and they cut you after Open House anyway. In this case, you have no chance of ever going ADPi and need to consider any other options you have for your chance to join a sorority.

Me - my issue is, if i was blacklisted bc some girl thought i looked at her man. then do the honorable thing and tell me. but dont make me pour my heart and soul out to why i want to join a sisterhood, then slit my throat bc of some other 'sisters' pettiness. I thought i was joining my girl gang that i could depend on, I thought I was going to strive to be like my older sisters, but it seems i was mistaken. my bad

It depends at the end of rush week if they meet quota or not, but you gotta ask them yourself. If you got dropped from all houses completely then your eligible for a snap bid (u can get it only before bid day or on bid day). But I suggest you should have an open mind, every sorority here at A&M is amazing and you should feel blessed to be in one (not trying to hate or anything)
