advice for pnms

only posting on here because I know PNMs use it. I know recruitment is intimidating but try to be confident and really actually be yourself. make the jokes you'd make with a friend, tell a funny story, talk like a normal person, and not in the interview way. Obviously put your best foot forward but RELAX. all of the recruiters want to get to know you and are tired of having the same convos! we like authenticity :)
