upperclassman better chances in the spring or fall?

I’m an upperclassman and I know it’s a lot harder to get into a house. But would I have a better chance in the Spring or Fall to rush?? Trying to bring my gpa up as well, do I ever have a chance?? Honestly?

get your gpa up first. And by the time you do that, the scene will be irrelevant
