fraternity rankings

After 3 years at TCU, here is what I have come to observe about fraternities: none are perfect, none suck. That being said, here is how they would probably stack up

Top Tier
-Phi Delt(Recently been getting in a lot of trouble. Members in the chapter are starting to get concerned about being kicked off campus.)
-Phi Kapp(Probably gonna be top house soon. Good parties.)
-Lambda(Popular guys, but can get annoying because they are boring)

Upper Middle Tier
-Pi Kapp(Smart guys who seem to be stuck just in the middle)
-Sigma Chi(Pretty Consistent in this spot)
-Delt(Past few years have seen a huge turnaround for them)
-Sig Ep(Falling because they lost their house last year...not good standing with the school)

Lower Middle Tier
-Kappa Sig(Falling because Internal Issues and This pledge class is bad)
-FIJI(Rising because good pledge classes)
-SAE(Falling...seem inactive on campus and nationals is breathing down their throat so may not be here long)

Bottom Tier
-Beta(The fraternity for guys who don't belong in a fraternity)
-Sigma Nu(Will be colonizing next semester)
