rushing as sophomore
by: Froggy;)I have a good amount of friends and people I know in sororities and I’m rushing again as a sophomore this year. Is there any tips I can get or is I️t easier as a sophomore to get a bid or what should I do thanks.

So any transfer or non-freshmen at TCU are in a different pool when it comes to recruitment. So there are different cuts and there is a separate quota that the chapters are to meet when it comes to non-freshmen. However, this is a smaller number. The quota might be 4 non-freshmen. Having friends in sororities definitely helps you in the long run and being a sophomore also give you an idea about which sororities you like and which may not be for you. Some advice I would give is, if there are chapters you think you would fit in with, tell them. And tell them why. If you have had classes with girls and the chapter and they are always so nice, say that. It’s one thing to just say you like the chapter, but saying why is something that helps you stand out
