recommendations
by: PNM Fall 2013I Have about 5-10 recs for some sororities, one or two for some and I literally know no ladies in a few of them. I am from a small (college) town and the most prominent sorority recs I have are from the ones at our local university. How important are recs at TCU? Thanks for any advice!

probably limited to 5 or so, but it probably wouldn't hurt to get as many as allowed.

RECS are very important and you get some for each chapter if possible since they introduce you to the houses before you arrive. Ask teacher, coaches, older friends, parents co workers... The Internet is quite helpful rounding these up. Too many is just bad--2 or 3 per house is good.

Thanks for the advice. I wouldn't send in 10...I just meant I had access to that many because of my mom and her friends, teachers, etc. I was more concerned about the ones I had just a few for...but I feel better knowing 1 or 2 is fine!
