Definitely the fastest rising. Housing ban was lifted last semester so now's their chance. Smart girls but not nerdy, like to go out but aren't sleazy attract a wide variety, strong sisterhood some really hot top tier types mostly cute sweet girls. Nobody seems to have anything bad to say just not too exciting as a chapter

Honestly, was over at their house the other night and met their new pledge class. These guys are seriously dope, and will inevitably help this growing chapter meet their new potential. Lot of cool older guys in the house. Some of the brothers are a bit interesting, but it's part of their culture. A very genuine and respectable group of guys.

Pi Phi will try to make you believe they are better than they really are. Don't fall for it. An average, middle tier sorority that spends it's energy trying (and failing) to keep up with APhi & Kappa, rather than focus on sisterhood or philanthropy.
