Sig ep- best pull, good parties, great house
ATO- good parties, fun guys
Phi delt- great guys to be around, classy
Sigma pi- fun guys, a few good parties
Phi psi- social guys who are definitely rising
Thumpers/kappa sig- party guys with class
Pike- possibly falling not a lot of campus involvement but still quality
Pi kap- definitely rising
Beta theta- rising house
Lambda- couple good parties could be better
The rest are either irrelevant or farmhouse

I can vouch for that my bf got bids from Sig Ep, Phi Delt and ATO and he choose to go Lambda Chi. They are really a great group of guys and I predict they will be top tier by the time I graduate in 3 years and if they keep on tract #1 fraternity possibly.

We just had a function with Lambda that house is headed to the top the way they keep the top PC.

Top Tier sororities prefer partnering with Lambda Chi over 1/2 the houses mentioned.
