by: stop itone more negative post about any group on this discussion page and I am notifying OU Administration and Panhellinic. This is not what being greek is about. You are making all of us look like a joke.

A lot of you must have your blinders on because you are all guilty for the negative comments. Any ranking you have posted or commented on is a slap to those you list at the bottom. Every chapter is guilty if you post any comment that says you are better in any way to any one else. So quit pointing fingers and grow up.

I was not talking about commenting on the awards. You should proud of those accomplishments, but if you haven't win in the last year or two I would not be beating that drum. Unfortunately these awards do not make you a more caring, humble and understanding person. There are many qualities that the presidents trophy does not take into account. For instance I really don't think he would give any OU Greek group the award if he knew they would use it to beat others over the head with their self serving superiority.

The thing is, this site is called Greek Rank, so to some extent you must expect ranking if you're on this site. At least with the President's Trophy awards, you have standards, not just irrational bragging. I think all the houses I know have caring, understanding, humble girls as well as hateful, mean, self-serving ones. That's just what you get in a house with 200 - 250 girls.

It's not hateful to point out that certain houses win president's trophy year after year. Occasionally another house will win, but year in and year out, Theta, Kappa, Tri Delta, Gamma Phi, and Pi Phi are recognized. Those houses are not "better" except that Pres. Boren recognizes that they have higher grades, more involvement, etc. Those houses wouldn't suit everyone, but most people respect them for the effort it takes to win those awards.
