I’m sorry theta is just not a top house and aphi is anything but a bottom not sure why people rank it so low

So embarrassing for poor Alpha Phi. They're the lowest of the low and don't compare in any way with Theta except that they are both sororities.

Both aphi and theta are solid middle houses.
Not top, not bottom, middle. Not good, not bad, but decent.
I will say that for middle houses I would rank aphi before theta though
