I'd actually put Phi Mu above DG. DG did terrible this year and not amazing last year, and Phi Mu did amazing last year and pretty good this year. Can't decide if Kappa actually has the power to pull ahead of Phi Mu though or if they should still be on the same level. Some of their hardcore party girls could ruin that for them.
