I think the OP is saying basically who will have the best pledge classes this year, and only time will tell, but this could very well be true. And if this is true for pledge class rankings, THEN the tiers might actually change a bit. But we still have 2 weeks until we know anything.

Should be noted that these are not ranked within tiers and that subranking is up to the individual. But the tiers are correct.
