Tier 2 (out of state top tier)
Kappa Sig, ATO, Phi Psi, SAE, Pike

Tier 3
Sigma Pi, Beta, Delta Psi, Phi Tau

Tier 4
Pi Kapp, Chi Psi

Phi Tau still has some things to prove before they deserve to be considered in the same tier with those other 3. They can do it...but they haven't done anything yet.

I think the fact that they picked up SigEp's last two pledge classes makes them already better than the other 3

How do they pick who they want? I have friends who I know will vouch for me, but I have heard that they just use lists that they make months prior to rush. Is this true?

Usually they all keep a couple of spots open to take kids they haven't met yet, but unless you are already on their radar your chances aren't great. It is still worth a shot though
