if i'm a chi omega on the west coast and i were to study at ole miss for a semester, would i still be in chi o for the semester? i'm just wondering because it is a very strong greek system

Of course you will still be a XO! Once initiated you are always a member unless you resign. You may or may not be able to officially affiliate with the Ole Miss chapter. If you will be on campus for a single semester, that is probably not worth it. Surely they will be welcoming to a visiting sister for a few months....
