rush parties?

When are the rush parties for the guys? How do they work and have I missed any already?

Every fraternity with a registered Pre Rush Party will most likely advertise it on a banner in front of their house, which should be a week in advance. as far as I know none of the big pre rush parties happened yet but will start up the first couple weekends of school.
