Quota changes every year, depending on the number of girls that participate in recruitment. If more girls rush through to pref parties, the higher quota will be. There is no "usual amount". Pledge classes generally run in the 120 to 140's. Not every sorority will pledge the same number of girls.

You have no idea what quota will be. Nobody will know that until pref night. Depends on how many girls make it to pref divided by 10 houses.
