Here's how it is, like it or not:
Top
Chi O, DDD, KD (in NO particular order, everyone has their preferences)
DG (top tier but definitely a small step behind the other 3)
Middle Tier
KKG and Phi Mu (KKG might have a slight edge but so marginally it could go either way)
Lower Middle
Pi Phi (yes they are above AOPI)
AOPI (definitely clipping at Pi Phi's heels though)
Upper Bottom Tier
ADPI (have a hard time ranking them as as either lower middle or bottom tier until they go through rush this fall but they are definitely above theta but below AOPI)
Bottom Tier
Theta (sorry but someone has to be here)

Just because I personally see my sorority as #1 doesn't mean I expect you to. I expect you to see your sorority as #1. So no this ranking of someones opinion is really fine with me actually.
