Here's how it is, like it or not:
Top
Chi O, DDD, KD (in NO particular order, everyone has their preferences)
DG (top tier but definitely a small step behind the other 3)
Middle Tier
KKG and Phi Mu (KKG might have a slight edge but so marginally it could go either way)
Lower Middle
Pi Phi (yes they are above AOPI)
AOPI (definitely clipping at Pi Phi's heels though)
Upper Bottom Tier
ADPI (have a hard time ranking them as as either lower middle or bottom tier until they go through rush this fall but they are definitely above theta but below AOPI)
Bottom Tier
Theta (sorry but someone has to be here)

Give them a break! It take a long time to draw up plans, obtain permits, hire contractors and cut through a lot of red tape.
We seriously needed ADPi. Our sororities are overcrowded and ADPi is a refreshing new addition. Alpha phi will be joining us next year.
Joining a sorority is way more than who has the best house!
