Here's how it is, like it or not:
Top
Chi O, DDD, KD (in NO particular order, everyone has their preferences)
DG (top tier but definitely a small step behind the other 3)
Middle Tier
KKG and Phi Mu (KKG might have a slight edge but so marginally it could go either way)
Lower Middle
Pi Phi (yes they are above AOPI)
AOPI (definitely clipping at Pi Phi's heels though)
Upper Bottom Tier
ADPI (have a hard time ranking them as as either lower middle or bottom tier until they go through rush this fall but they are definitely above theta but below AOPI)
Bottom Tier
Theta (sorry but someone has to be here)

You think ADPi will be decent in the fall? After rush it will be so much worse. Hosting rounds out of a tent? What pnm wants that? None

The only reason you can give to rank Theta last is "because someone has to be here"? Well...put someone else there if that is all it is to it. Theta doesn't deserve that! No one can ever give real, meaningful reasons why they rank Theta last and that is because there are no meaningful reasons. Please, be nice and positive to everyone.

It's close, but I think the majority would move DG down. They would also agree that theta is better than ADPi.
