Here's how it is, like it or not:
Top
Chi O, DDD, KD (in NO particular order, everyone has their preferences)
DG (top tier but definitely a small step behind the other 3)
Middle Tier
KKG and Phi Mu (KKG might have a slight edge but so marginally it could go either way)
Lower Middle
Pi Phi (yes they are above AOPI)
AOPI (definitely clipping at Pi Phi's heels though)
Upper Bottom Tier
ADPI (have a hard time ranking them as as either lower middle or bottom tier until they go through rush this fall but they are definitely above theta but below AOPI)
Bottom Tier
Theta (sorry but someone has to be here)

Since you are expert "like it or not", what exactly are your rankings based on? And don't say any numerical data that you can't back up. And don't say a term like "everyone" because you do not know nor have you spoken to "everyone". "Anyone with any intelligence can interpet posts like yours as a very insecure "top tier" girl who feels the need to keep stating they are top. Saying it enough times doesn't really make it true. You are not as loved as you think.

The ranks are based on return rates during rush. The more competitive sororities have to make the biggest cuts early in rush.
