Recruitment numbers
by: JEAre recruitment numbers going down with people choosing not to come to Oxford for remote classes? Or not wanting to pay sorority on top of everything else when you aren’t getting to go to events or even have one of your new sisters in your dorm room to talk?

one thing that people need to remember is that this will pass. And when it does, there will be another group of freshman coming in, looking to do recruitment. Will chapters have in person recruitment that encompasses freshman and all sophomores who didn't rush this year, and will quota support those numbers if there's a significant decrease in numbers this year? Could chapters manage pledge classes that are 1.5-2x larger than usual?
