gpa,going out
by: futurerebAt ole miss how much does gpa actually matter.. if you go out and make connections before and are very personable will you be okay???? Would you at least have some options if you have low gpa??

Depends on how low the GPA is and how strong your connections are and what your reputation is. Some houses don't look so hard at GPA, but if you don't know anyone then there's no one to fight for you when they see your GPA. You need to keep an open mind, be open to any of our great sororities, and work hard to make real connections. Also, don't just go out and party all the time thinking that will make you connections. It will be a red flag if you're getting drunk every night of the week especially instead of studying. Go out a normal amount but drink minimally

So, yes it certainly helps to have a good gpa!

Do you even go here?
Having a high gpa doesn't help. Unless your GPA is super low (it's a red flag). For 95% of everyone it's just like "meh, ok, adequate"
