pi kapps and delts try to party ridicoulously hard, pairs 5x a week, etc. sig chi only bids legacies at this point which is going to hurt their reputation

I feel like Phi Psi doesn't really have a bad reputation, besides maybe not partying too hard (new house) or being a little rich and douchy (new house)
