Is it true that some frats don't let girls that aren't in sororities in?

I mean if they're paired and it's before midnight then yeah

This is true and there are a few reasons for this, 1 is yes some exclusivity but mainly it keeps them out of trouble. Usuaully girls who might get too drunk and have to go to the hospital resulting in the Frat getting in trouble from the university is from a non-sorority. The girls make sure no one gets to drunk and what not

sororities have sober monitors. they're looking out for each other.
Not saying they would purposefully ignore a freshman/non-Greek person there who is in trouble but their focus is on their sisters.

And for a liability issue it's probably a lot safer to only have Greek members there. The frats most likely know all the presidents' numbers/contact info if something bad happens.
