why is skulls ahead of delta chi if they don't have a house?

I don't like that fact that we never include off campus fraternities. I ended up signing at an on-campus house but had good times rushing off-campus and have friends in those fraternities that I met through IUDM. If TPA, ASA and DPHIE get mentioned on sorority ranks, there's no reason Phi Tau shouldn't be. At the end of the day Greek Life is just a big happy family.

I took off Kappa Sigma because theyre on probation until next year.

Everyone knows the KSig is lower Top Tier

delta chi is def a middle tier and is rising

delta chi should definitely be higher than SAE/AEPi/Skulls/Lambda
