Phi SIg and ATO both are upper mid nowadays, third street is mainly top sororities

I wouldn't call ATO upper mid. They still ge all the good pairs. Definitely above Phi Sig.

people tend to underestimate 3rd street because it isn't jordan but most of the frats are good there, FIJI is one of the top along with ATO but DU Lambda and Phi Sig are definitely middle or better but people don't give them enough credit

Definitely ATO. Best physical house and underclassmen especially got it goin on! Phi Sig on their way up too. Good guys.
