I like what they did with the mid tier here beta sig, snu, delts, and lambda all pair pretty similar the problem is none of them get along so they all have to invite some combo of du, pike, Asig, and a few of each other to fill their parties

Yeah, realistically take Beta Sig out. The mid tier should be Chi Phi, Snu, Delts, in that order, and Lambda dropped down a level.

Phi Psi and Chi Phi are both better than Sig Ep, and Beta Sig isnt on the same level of any of these houses. Upper Mid and Middle tier are solid.
