"Top Tier" right now

To be honest, the only houses that deserve being called top right now are Pi Kapps and Beta. ZBT has stunk this semester and AEPi is keeping quiet bc of probo. FIJI and Sig Chi aren't top either

Pi Kapps, Beta, Phi Delt, and ZBT will realistically fill top tier next semester once Fall pledges get initiated, freshmen get into srats, and houses get out of trouble

ZBT isn’t in the picture with their sad ass parties the last couple of weeks. Pi Kapps has been good so has SAE. Phi Delt needs to figure how to throw a darty. Phi Sig can throw a good darty but their parties at night are mids.
