Why do ppl want chi phi pairs

I don’t get what makes chi phi a desirable pair. It’s a mix match group of random guys that got kicked off campus full of liabilities and no house. What’s the appeal here ppl

There is no appeal. Chi phi pays every house they pair with over a couple thousand.

Nobody wants their pairs that’s why they’ve never had one. They just pay thousands to go to other frats. Next year I’m sure they’ll have pairs in their house though

Weird how popular they've gotten since they aren't very "Greek Ranky"

They would probably be ranked higher if they put in some kind of effort to associate with better houses but they will pretty much pair with anyone if there is beer, weed or a chance to get laid.
Oh well, I guess they're happy being a middle house.
