getting first choice house

i know even if i have a good conversation/it seems like they liked me i can get dropped from a house but out of curiosity how many ppl got their first choice from pref night? like how likely is it

i did ask, i’m just genuinely curious to know what peoples experiences are because i know it can be very different for everyone

Tbh it’s very 50/50. Usually every round half the PNMs are dropped, so there’s no real way of knowing. I did get my first choice but I also know many people who didn’t and are perfectly fine today in their second choice house
