Doesn't matter if 90% of them signed leases (which they didn't), they only need about 35 people to live in addition to the new pledges. They will fill the house. ASA would fill the house. It's going to be offered to a sorority before any frats get a crack at it. Trust.

If ksig wants to have any future(also Sammy) they should look into renting out university manors. Pike will be moving out come the end of summer and there will be 17 units becoming available. A dope courtyard, and the only neighbor is a church
