If you don't have a bike team in the race, you can't pair with a chapter who does. Therefore, sororities and fraternities who support their bike team and finance the team should pair with like chapters. If your sorority can't even field a team you shouldn't be able to pair with a fraternity who does. People forget that the race is a fundraiser for student scholarships though the IU Student Foundation, reward the chapters putting in work.

Great idea, but Panhel will never enforce it because look which chapters didn't field a team this year: ZTA and Pi Phi. Can't have those two unpaired or paired with frats who are subpar.

If Panhel didn't care who chapters paired with why did AGD narc on DU while one of their girls was on Panhel exec?? Uh huh, they don't care. Why does Panhel put chapters on social probation and prevent them from pairing.
