I overheard some girls talking about it and wasn't sure how it works. Who decides which houses are invited? what exactly is it?

Its a party that SigPi throws every spring with another frat and two sororities. I know they are doing it with PiKapps this year and i think the sororities are APhi and Chio

1.) does sig Pi do it every year (like us it always them hosting, or does it switch houses each year)

1.) They always host
2.) I know that every year for the past three years the pair has been different.
2011- SIgPi, PhiPsi, APhi, ZTA.
2012- SigPi, Delts, APhi, ZTA.
2013- SIgPi, PiKapps, APhi, Chio.
