different strokes for different folks

Excited to come down to school this fall and I am trying to get a feel for the different houses. Which have a good mix (type of guy)? Which are truly "top tier"? Which are the toolbags? Which party too hard, which don't party? Who has the nicest houses? Which are up and comers and Who is on their way out? Any input would be helpful!
