sophomore rush

Is it a little less competitive rushing as a sophomore because there are certain quotas to fill? Or is it exactly the same as rushing as a freshmen, or even harder?

it doesn't matter. ask yourself, are you pretty? if you answered yes, it's easy. no? it's hard.
