Some are so similar that I bundled them in those groups, so take the ones in groups as pretty equal not necessarily one over the other!

Who cares about houses!! I’ve lived in one and it wasn’t anything special and having to pay extra money because of it kinda sucks ngl. I have friends in both gphi and dz and they prefer not having a house because it leaves them more money to do fun sisterhood events and have a better bond.
