Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 4.6 no, these guys aren't top tier. But the negative comments aren't necessary. Theta Chi is DEF not one of the worst frats at UCF but more so in the middle. Average. They have the good guys and bad guys. Some are the stereotypical frat, but overall these guys are great. They're involved in practically every philanthropy event and just are extremely social and friendly with sorority girls. I love hanging out with my Theta Chi's!
