Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Capital University - CU 4.8 These women are some of the best on campus. They have a good reputation and they hold themselves well. DphiE keeps it classy at all of their social events and trust me, there's a lot. The amount of community service that these women do is phenomenal. I can tell that they really want to give back to their community and that these women hold their organization to a high standard.
