How do I get my house to be relevant?
Girls don’t hang with us, party so bland, a few members are like a piece of log when it comes to socializing, should we start dropping these deadweights and put more efforts into philanthropy and parties?

Because a lot of top tier houses have been getting in trouble now is the perfect time to transform a previously bottom tier house as long as you stay out of trouble, are consistent, and avoid getting a creepy reputation with girls.
