how to improve tri delta

They need to put their prettiest girls all over their social media and show them having fun. Yeah they "like to be inclusive" but pnms look at their accounts and don't want to be apart of a chapter that doesn't look "hot" or popular.

Don't be so awkward during recruitment! Also make sure all the active members look good during rush, other houses match and wear heels maybe they should try that..

They should wear their letters more often!!! I always always see girls from other sororities wearing t-shirts/hats/etc. with their letters but I rarely see tri delta girls wearing their letters.

Become more exclusive

They need to start recruiting girls like axo. Yeah axo is bottom as well but there is still a big difference between their pc's. Once they start trying to get prettier girls and become more exclusive they can definitely move up. After they get "axo" girls they can start trying to get aephi and adpi type girls,they just need to want it and they have to put in the effort to change their image for pnms.

So I'm a senior and I've thought about this quite a bit. I have a few good friends in tri delta and they think the same things I do.

They care too much about their image, but in the OPPOSITE way that the other houses do. They want to appear inclusive and accepting, but look at their recruitment numbers. Having to take the bottom of the barrel girls who couldn't get in anywhere else is NOT inclusive. They suck at rush and therefore don't get to be choosy about the girls they want. Yet they still have this superiority complex of "Well we don't care what girls look like." But what do you care about? Grades? Involvement? If those are the things you care about, you STILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO RECRUIT COMPETITIVELY otherwise you won't get those girls. They consistently get the girls at the bottom of the barrel and seem completely fine with it. The girls in tri delt I'm friends with agree with me and hate they way their house runs recruitment. It's sad but they don't know how to be competitive.

I hope their rush chair or president sees this. There's actually some good advice here.

They need to stop with their "we care more than just looks" thing. Wake up. Looks are the first thing people notice. If you want to recruit girls with substance, you need attractive girls. Let the PNMs first be attracted to how gorgeous your girls are, and THEN show them you're more than just looks.

But to be completely honest.. I don't even think they have substance. They're not involved. They have the lowest GPA of panhel sororotiies. What am I missing here? That they are "nice"? Ok.. maybe. Tbh the ones I've met seem bitter and mean. Not nice at all.

Regardless, I'd still like to see them succeed. I like them better than AXO. That's for sure.

Be attractive and fun, not a whale and depressed. Be a happy dolphin, find middle ground.

I agree there is good advice here, and I also want them to succeed.
