Toxic environment for guys and girls alike. Need to grow up and own up to their mistakes to move forward as a chapter.

SAE here is top tier. Don't listen to anyone else. They throw the best parties, have the most money, pull the hottest chicks who are all DTF, and have really good grades and a great brotherhood. If you're looking for a quality top tier fraternity to pledge, SAE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!
