All the upperclassmen who are really weird are all leaving and all the new kids are really cute and party hard. In a couple years, Lambda will be on top.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York - UBSUNY 4.5 Definitely had a rough start but phased out the older guys and now getting their feet under them with this new generation. It will be interesting to see where they are in a year or two.

I walked into their house and there was a 25 year old active brother naked huffing paint. Very weird situation, but kinda cool.
