back in business as ka

I heard the Omicrons are going back to KA despite having lost their lawsuit. KA national is bending over for them once they realized if they don't let omicron back their chances of having a KA chapter at UT in the future are nil. KA national won the lawsuit, but the house title is legally owned by the local alumni and they voted to let the texas Omicrons stay which means KA national is going to have to concede defeat and eventually let omicron back.

Even if the local ka's let omicron stay will KA national take them back it would really set a bad precedent for a single chapter to get away with it. I'm not saying the national might not be wrong but will they choke it down or just forget about Texas for awhile?
