Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority Ratings at UT

Alpha Xi gives the opportunity for an amazing balance between school, friendships, and social life in college!! Being an Alpha Xi also allows me to have time for many other organizations at UT!! The friendships are GENUINE and not superficial!! I have never felt judged or looked down upon. Although it is considered one of the “lower tier” houses, the sisterhood is strong and non-toxic. I still have several close friends in “upper/middle tier” houses as well that I cherish just as much as I cherish my friendships with my Alpha Xi sisters!! The girls in Alpha Xi are also very smart and encourage me each and everyday in my challenging major. At the end of the day, it should be the house that makes YOU a better person!!! So don’t let any sort of stereotype define where you should go!! As an Alpha Xi, I’m wishing all PNMs the best!!!!

This is a joke of a sorority. So glad that I am dropping. Future PNM’s: do not join u less you know what you’re getting yourself into. This sorority has pretty expensive dues, despite it being a low tier sorority. The girls are fake as can be, the chapter is sleepy, there is no real sisterhood, and rush / the new member program is not reflective of what the sorority is looking for. So many girls drop throughout the year and the sorority is far below quota. You will pay for that every month. All you have to do is pay their monthly dues && they’ll recruit you. Do not recommend && I really wish I didn’t get intitiated so that I could go through recruitment again. Lastly, you will be condescended by all of the other sororities and frats on campus because the sorority has such a negative connotation. I was sincerely embarrassed to say I was an Alpha Xi. Thankfully, I don’t have to anymore.

AZD are good looking, nice, smart, genuine girls with a true sisterhood! They are also cool to hang out with. The girls are also very passionate about their philanthropy

Alpha Xi Delta is the most underrated sorority on UT campus. It's never anyone's first choice only because no one knows much about us. We like to stay under the radar. The girls who end up here love it, build true friendships, and stay involved.

These are classy girls. They are all super chill and very pretty. Our mixers with them are the best.

I have had the best 3 years with these girls! I’m so excited to be in my senior year in this house! AZD is the best! I love my sisters so much!

I love these girls so much!!! Everyone says that there are at least some mean girls in every sorority, but that’s not true for us! We are such a great group of tight knit sisters!!!

I know we are considered a bottom tier sorority, but who cares? I think this is a great group of girls. I’ve made some really strong friendships in AXiD. I know some people would rather drop than be in a bottom tier sorority, but being in a sorority in your freshman year is more important than any other year, why would you give that up? I’m glad to be here, my friends are great and from all over (not just Houston and Dallas). We have lots of fun together and have had some great events. We have a ton of stem majors so there’s never any pressure to go out instead of studying. We can all just be ourselves.

I love AXiD! I love my sisters! I love our house! We are all super close and have so much fun together! AxiD is Z-best!

We have so much fun together! We all went on a party barge on Lake Travis at the beginning of the semester. Every month we have a dress up dinner at the house, they usually serve pasta and it’s so good! I always have a great group of friends to go to all the frat parties and tailgates/games with. Our first date party was Hampton’s themed, it was really cute. A big group of us just spent all weekend at ACL and had a blast, and this weekend we are all going to RRR! I love my sisters!
