Theta Chi Top House?

Theta Chi now has the old Sammy house on the water in addition to their current mansion. Most of them are douchebags but they throw down harder than anyone I’ve seen on this campus.

I can confidently say that Theta Chi is top house BUT I would be remiss to not mention that they are only top house because we got kicked off campus, so we sent all of our 5-star prospect rushees to OX because we know that they throw down just like we did.
