great school that is losing its fun

by: WestMoGirl

Tiger made some great points about the type of people at this school, but the college is still respected even though it is having financial trouble. I have opportunities here that I would never have at a big school: alumni events, presidential dinners with chances to meet successful trustees and alums, free etiquette dinners, internship opportunities, and endless campus involvement. The new "alcohol policy" is and isn't ruining the fun on campus. The hill has gotten more strict with campus party policies, but it is rarely enforced. WestMO used to be a raging party school even for its size, and it's slowly diminishing. But nonetheless, we will still party on regardless of what the hill says. If you want opportunities post-graduation, I highly recommend Westminster

I was a part of that "raging party philosophy"...it was a super fun yet super hard school back in the 1980
