Does Delta Sig have a house now? If not when will they?

They have a house that's pretty far off campus on Baldwin (old Phi Rho Alpha house and even older Phi Kappa Sigma house it actually belongs to them). They have it for one year, not sure what they're doing after this.

Phi Sig (Phi Sigma Kappa) will be returning to the Baldwin house next fall which means Delta Sig will have to move to secure a new location for fall 2016
