Phi Delt is TRASH

Phi Delt is complete trash. All the violence they do to their pledges and women. Every few years or so they get kicked out and rebrand with members from other disbanded frats. It hasn’t been the legacy frat since many years ago. They self rank like crazy on this site.

There's a reason PhiDelt and AEPI are always ranked "touse" but no one ever hears about their parties. Never heard anyone be excited to go to one of their parties.
