Both have equally as good looking girls and are top but Tridelt girls tend to be friendlier plus their pgp is phidelt

Kappa mixes with the best frats more often but had a few odd girls in their last PC. Still in the top 3 for now... Skrappa is a lot more social than Axo

Similar but DG had the best new PC. Aephi is hot but mixes with the same 3 frats and comes off as stuck up and rude. Chio is solid with good relations but didn't have as good of a rush as the others

SDT had a mid rush and doesn't mix with a ton of frats. Falling. KD is a rank climber and rushed the same as last year but has good social. GPhi and zeta mix with the same frats and had fine rushes but zeta has had a very hard time finding a pgp

Pi phi fell really hard last year but did slightly better with their new PC and has a better pgp. AGD rushed better and is more social than Deeph but they have the same relations
